ZapVintage was born from a passion for the unique and a drive to turn everyday moments into something special. Our founder and owner, never one to follow the crowd, has always had an eye for the extraordinary—someone who sees beauty where others might not look.
In her mid-20s, she started ZapVintage by simply cleaning out her garage and listing a few items online. What began as a side project quickly grew into a full-blown business, fueled by late nights, hard work, and a love for all things rare and remarkable.

Where do your items come from?
We offer a unique mix of vintage and new items. Our vintage pieces are sourced from estate sales, thrift shops, auctions, and personal collections. Our new items come from trusted vendors and makers around the world, carefully selected for their quality and style.
Are your items new or vintage?
We carry both! Each listing will clearly state if the item is new, vintage, or pre-loved, along with its condition and any relevant details.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of vintage and one-of-a-kind items, all sales are typically final. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us—we’re here to help and always strive to make things right.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your item is on its way. Please note: We are closed on weekends, so orders placed late Friday through Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If you’re local, you can select “local pickup” at checkout. We’ll contact you directly to arrange a convenient pickup time.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your item and include photos of the damage. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
