At ZapVintage, we take great care in curating and accurately describing every item we offer.
Vintage & One-of-a-Kind Items
Due to the unique nature of vintage and one-of-a-kind pieces, all sales are final.
New Items (With Tags)
New items with tags may be returned within 7 days of confirmed delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We only accept returns or exchanges if an item arrives damaged or is significantly misrepresented. If this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve it.
Please Note:
- Vintage and pre-loved items may show natural signs of wear consistent with age. We do our best to clearly describe all condition details.
- Colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings.
- Once a tracking number has been provided, we are not responsible for items lost or delayed during shipping.
