Shipping policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. We are closed on weekends, so orders placed after 3 PM Friday will begin processing the following Monday.

Shipping Methods & Rates:
We offer standard shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the item’s size, weight, and destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total.

Tracking Information:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Local Pickup:
Local pickup is available! Simply select the “Local Pickup” option at checkout, and we’ll reach out to schedule a time that works for you.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
ZapVintage is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages once the order has left our hands and is in the care of the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed or missing, please reach out to the carrier with your tracking number first—but we’re always happy to help however we can!

Shipping Damages:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
